The "Mesh Management Software" (MMR-Browser) allows an administrator full capabilities to manage, modify, monitor and enable specific capabilities and applications from a single graphical user interface (GUI)
The MMR-Browser has the ability to import topology and satellite images for dynamic management visualization. The management software allows network administrators to see mesh associations, general node distance and hop count. The MMR-Browser management software also has the ability to:
Modify: Mesh node device channel, frequency, IP address, NodeName (nickname), Access Control List of other mesh nodes and End User devices.z
Monitor: MAC, signal and noise levels, connection rate, time of last update, firmware version, security and encryption settings, hop count, routing cost.
Enable/Disable: "True-Mesh" function, DHCP, 1 to 1 NAT and port forwarding, SSID, "Silent Mode" (disables SSID and hello beacon broadcasting) and “Deny by Default” security.
Ideal applications are dynamic in nature and require fast network rollouts, which include:
Node responsibility as a "root" or "repeater" mMR is determined during administrative settings. Each mMR has initial capabilities to function in either role prior to network installation.
